We use merino wool from New Zealand, which has a very long fiber length and is very smooth and of high quality (super120). Wool is a highly functional material that absorbs moisture, dries quickly, and has high heat retention and breathability. We use shrink-proofed washable wool. This product can be washed at home.

 

We have own more than 200 types of circular knitting machines. This time, we choose rare older machines from a German maker that already out of business. Currently, these knitting machines only few of remain in Japan. This machine very less tension is applied to the thread during knitting and very slow knitting, therefore the fabrics are fluffy and soft.

 

The named "macaroni" is a circular fabric. This rib knit fabric are knitting slowly and carefully including air. Therefore, the fabric will stretch very well. And, no side seams construction for a warm touch on your skin and the most comfortable fit on your body.
