  • About Yarn

    The yarn we have chosen is from merino sheep grown in the magnificent nature of New Zealand. Wool is a highly functional material that absorbs moisture, dries quickly, and has high heat retention and breathability. The Super 120'S yarn used in this project has fine fibers, so it does not prickle even when worn on bare skin. The yarn is shrink-proofed so it can be washed at home.

  • Knitting Machine

    Among the many knitting machines that the company owns, the one used this time is an Albee knitting machine made by a German manufacturer. The knitting machines of this manufacturer, which is already out of business, are rare and there are only a few of them in Japan. Older knitting machines knit fabric slowly, which allows the fabric to be airy, resulting in a very soft texture.

  • Material

    The round-body fabric named "macaroni" is a tubular fabric and is used directly for the body, so there are no seams on the sides and no stress on the skin. The slowly knitted ribbed fabric is soft and very stretchable. Even when stretched, it has tension, so it will return to its original shape and fit the body well without constricting.
